Personal Highlights/Community Involvement

I provide clients with a rare combination of business and real estate expertise. I grew up in nearby Richmond, VA. After graduating from William and Mary, I worked for Sears, Roebuck and Co., mostly in marketing and on merchandising assignments for 30 years. While rising to the level of VP; my wife, our 2 children and I moved to Mississippi, Tennessee, Georgia, and spent 15 years in Chicago, Illinois. I know what it’s like to move! I have now been in the real estate business for nearly 10 years. You will enjoy and benefit from your real estate experience with me and my team.

Bill Clarke provides clients with a rare blend of both a solid business background and real estate expertise. Bill grew up in nearby Richmond, Virginia. After graduating from William & Mary, Bill worked for 30 years with Sears Roebuck and Co., mostly in marketing and merchandising assignments. While rising to the level of Vice President, Bill and his wife and 2 children moved from Virginia to Jackson, Mississippi, Memphis, Atlanta, and Chicago.

Bill is an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) who is Quality Service Certified and knows the Williamsburg area extremely well. Bill also holds the Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation (SRES) and is highly qualified to work with the special financing and housing needs of those aged 55 and older. He has been designated a Fine Homes Specialist by the Prudential Corporation, and is a member of Fine Homes International.  He ranks in the top 5% of all Prudential agents nationwide.
